1.Avoid crowded places

try to avoid going to crowded places. avoid close contact with people with cold or flu like symptoms

2.wear a mask

if it is unavoidable for you to go out in crowded and public places, wear a mask especially if you have a flu.

3.cough & Sneeze Etiquette

cover your mouth with sleeve or tissue.Don’t forget to toss the tissue away after using it. Avoid touching your face if your hands had not been washed yet

4.Wash your hand or use hand sanitizer frequently

wash your hands with soap and running water for 30 seconds especially after coughing or sneezing and bring hand sanitizer with you.
